Fee Structure
Our services are part of a sound business and financial strategy. In the long term, our services pay for themselves through higher productivity and reduced capital costs and operational expenses.
AAP and clients enter into a contractual relationship, including a non-disclosure agreement, on a project or time-and-expenses basis. The agreement develops the basis of the confidential nature of our efforts and clearly states roles, responsibilities, goals, and timelines for all the parties.
Initial efforts include a flat fee for feasibility and due diligence efforts which include project design and implementation proposals. AAP has adopted a single-tier fee system where our billing is based on time served plus expenses as a function of focused AARS efforts. Our clients receive weekly invoices and payment is due upon presentation. We require a reasonable retainer to initiate services as a function of all estimated fees and expenses.
AAP’s philosophy includes the development of an equity position in our farming project efforts. As an equity partner we assure the highest level of client-based success and sustainability.
